Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent and one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments.
  • Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
  • Partner with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery.
