Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator
  • 2+ years of experience with with FinancialForce PSA
  • Experience working directly with departments to gather requirements
  • Desire to embrace new technology, applications, and solutions
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile company with the ability to manage changing requirements
  • B.A. degree or equivalent industry experience
Responsibilities
  • Work on large implementations of new processes and integrated systems following designs proposed by an Architect
  • Work with the Services and Consulting organizations to customize Salesforce and FinancialForce PSA to their business needs
  • Work independently to capture requirements directly from the business, propose, and then build end-to-end solutions using the declarative features for Salesforce
  • Work with team members to ensure solutions are meeting the needs of the business
  • Use advanced formulas, validation rules, Flows, and Process Builder to create solutions that improve our processes
  • Manage user configuration, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets
  • Deploy work items, including validation and smoke testing
  • Create documentation for internal processes and system configuration
  • Perform individual record and bulk data updates to ensure data integrity
  • Assist less experienced administrators learn Salesforce technologies and implement best practices
