Amentum is currently recruiting for an Insider Threat Policy Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA to support our Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support contract.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Support coordination and synchronization of insider threat functions across the ARSTAF and all ACOMS, ASCC, and DRUs to assist with integration of functions, requirements, goals, and objectives by reviewing, providing analysis, written meeting summaries and recommendations to execute and update Army Insider Threat (InT) Implementation Plans and HQDA EXORDs (Insider Threat) and future Insider Threat guidance documents.
Support InT Program led Insider Threat Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) and COI working groups.
Support InT Program efforts to develop enterprise-wide insider threat training, research efforts, and doctrine development for Army personnel, leaders, and Insider Threat professionals.
Support the development or rewrite of InT Program CONOPS, SOPs, strategic communication documents, policies, and doctrine to support InT efforts within the Army.
Analyze and provide written recommendations for the InT Program Government Lead in support of insider threat studies and research efforts for monitoring, tracking, and resolving potential threats created by the potential army insider threats.
Provide staff support for administrative functions to ensure accurate and timely responses (incoming and outgoing) to SACO and JACO office tasking, routing, tracking, and updating including the development of the Form 5 documentation within the TMT.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least four (4) years’ related experience; prior military service in the Army is preferred.
Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/ SCI. Please note that US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance.
Required Skills and Experience:
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience in security on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands in Policy, proficient in planning and execution of working groups.
Must be able to work with Government-provided software packages, to include MS Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
Must be proficient in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) (formerly Task Management Tool).
