Requirements
  • Experience as a major program manager or deputy program manager in PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21
  • Knowledge of shipbuilding, weapons system acquisition, and OEM contracts
  • Ability to conduct business development activities
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with business, capture, and proposal development, or Master’s degree
  • Knowledge of business development, capture, and proposal development
  • Ability to develop and lead teams to capture new work
  • TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of major projects and contracts ensuring they meet Booz Allen’s strategic objectives as well as required technical and programmatic requirements.
  • Coordinate internally with Firm leadership and your managers to recruit, hire, develop, and provide qualified staff for key NAVSEA and affiliated PEO projects.
  • Perform growth and proposal work in a collaborative framework driving achievement of strategic plans.
