Requirements
  • A minimum of 16 yrs of professional/military experience that includes a background in project management or program management and a High School diploma or equivalent; A Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in project management or program management, or a master’s degree and 10 years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in project management or program management may also be considered.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Have and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 180 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements and meet medical requirements and vaccinations for worldwide travel.
  • Able/willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, weekends and support on-call status when necessary.
  • Ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission is a condition of employment.
  • Meets DoD SkillBridge qualifications as per DODI 1322.29.
  • A current DoD Secret.
  • A current Top Secret clearance is most preferred.
  • Aviation and Aerospace Industry Operational Logistics supervisory experience.
  • An excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, database software, relevant authoring utilities and software, or related development tools required.
Responsibilities
  • Review status of projects and budgets.
  • Manage schedules and prepare status reports.
  • Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
