  • 2+ years of auto claims management experience OR 1+ year of bodily injury adjusting experience
Responsibilities
  • Investigate and submit new claims to insurance carriers by reviewing first reports of loss and supporting materials to identify insurance exposures and determine the applicable insurance policy accurately
  • Demonstrate critical thinking while adhering to established claims processes
  • Respond to inquiries from insurance carriers and other third parties accurately
  • Exhibit a customer-focused approach when communicating with claimants, drivers, passengers, witnesses, and other involved parties
  • Navigate and perform effectively within an ambiguous environment, showcasing both critical and creative thinking skills
  • Demonstrate customer obsession and solid understanding of Uber’s insurance policies when communicating with all partners
  • Utilize strong oral and written communication skills
  • This role requires voice-to-voice contact with external stakeholders and our customers.
