  • 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise setting
  • Knowledge and experience troubleshooting Microsoft Cloud Technologies

  • Designing, engineering, and delivering solutions for Infrastructure and customer-based initiatives
  • Providing resolutions for medium to complex customer issues and requests
  • Developing and documenting processes and procedures for ongoing management of applications and Windows Servers and Back-office environments
  • Maintaining accurate records of PC and Server hardware and software licenses, ensuring key systems are highly available
  • Building and maintaining thorough monitoring tools that clearly show problems and minimize false positives
  • Participating in an on-call rotation, mentoring and elevating less experienced team members
  • Building processes with accurate documentation, cross-training others
