Requirements
  • Experience working on commercial kitchen equipment.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • EPA certification is required for refrigeration technicians.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Experience repairing commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills, commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk-ins, ice machines, and reach-ins, or both.
  • Willingness to work in the Louisville, Kentucky area.
Responsibilities
  • Service and repair restaurant equipment at customer locations, including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens.
  • Provide service, repair, and maintenance for cooking, refrigeration, beverage, HVAC, and ware-washing equipment.
Desired Qualifications
  • CFESA training certifications and Master Certification designation are encouraged.
  • Previous experience as an experienced commercial kitchen technician.
