- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth hacking strategy focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our healthcare mobile app
- Collaborate with product, data science, design, and engineering teams to leverage insights and technical capabilities in creating viral growth initiatives
- Design and implement robust A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaigns and product features for growth
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling the user base and enhancing user experience
- Manage and optimize paid media and digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and more
- Foster partnerships and explore new channels to promote app adoption and user retention
- Craft compelling narratives around our product and mission to drive organic growth through content marketing, PR, and community engagement
- Establish and monitor key growth metrics, reporting on performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
