We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our corporate communications team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating, coordinating, and delivering high-quality communication materials that enhance Sharpcontra’s internal and external messaging.
Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
Coordinate meetings, events, and company announcements.
Support the execution of communication strategies aligned with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of communications and media coverage.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic graphic design tools is a plus.
