Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer/Information Security, Network Administration, or other related discipline, or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
  • Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • 8 years of leadership experience designing/architecting and supporting technical systems.
  • Knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, and other telecommunications systems.
  • An understanding of various VPN technologies (IPSEC, etc.)
  • Expertise in designing, architecting, and supporting Cisco and Linux routing enterprise systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Clearance requirement: Active TS Clearance is required
Responsibilities
  • develop design and action plans, providing technical leadership and guiding projects to meet cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • evaluate technical capabilities for use with new requirements and recommend changes/improvements to developed solutions.
  • integrate cloud provider services (VPS, DNS, and web hosting).
  • Coordination with senior management, engineers, other contractors, and vendors is necessary to ensure positive working relationships and mission success.
