Requirements

Experience in zero-to-one product development is highly desired

  • B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering, Computational Physics or a software-related discipline
  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally at B2B SaaS or enterprise cloud computing companies
  • 2+ years of experience in a product management leadership role, managing multiple PMs & teams across multiple geographies
  • Strong knowledge of modern cloud computing technology & product operations methods
  • MBA ideal but not required
Responsibilities
  • Build & scale the CAE Platform product management team, initially in the Bay Area of California, eventually in multiple geographies
  • Be the founding leader, and perform as player-coach as you build out the organization
  • Define and deliver the platform capabilities (security, notifications, integration, auditing, metering, etc.) with customers, sales, design and engineering
  • Partner tightly with the design and engineering teams to reimagine CFD workflows in order to accelerate convergence to customer's optimal design and dismiss decades old conventions
  • Partner tightly with sales teams to enable a shared understanding and vision of platform use cases and capabilities
  • Support product operational review processes, covering feature delivery & usage, quality & reliability, service level monitoring, customer escalations, security incidents, etc
  • Collaborate with other functions to define and implement business processes related to roadmap prioritization & predictability and product operations
  • Collaborate with content/documentation writing team on product documentation & support-related content
  • Collaborate with the data science team to accelerate product adoption, simplify workflows and delight users
  • Contribute to customer advisory board to drive PMF and customer adoption/engagement/loyalty

Luminary Cloud is an early-stage startup on a mission to create innovations in high-performance computing for enterprise industrial R&D.
