Requirements
  • 3-4 years experience in product marketing in a B2C, product-driven environment, or equivalent demonstrated experience (experience in growth product marketing is a bonus).
  • A successful track record of launching new features and products, including defining the audience, positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Product and/or Demand Generation teams to test new growth opportunities, track user engagement, and drive conversion, upsell and retention.
  • A deep obsession with and empathy for customers. You have a passion for finding new ways to improve and enrich the customer experience that, when paired with your growth-mindset, helps you drive real impact.
  • Exceptional analytical skills. You have experience conducting research and using data systems to pull out key insights and inform decision-making.
  • A gift for storytelling. You are a strong communicator and can tailor your style and content to different audiences to achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting on our Patient Acquisition and Patient Engagement product pillars to drive product adoption and growth by leveraging insights, experimentation and optimization strategies.
  • Working closely with our B2C Product and Demand Generation teams on experiments, tests and research to improve user metrics and inform business decision-making.
  • Building effective messaging and positioning to drive conversion and upsell, bring new features to life, and help customers understand value in a way that’s relevant to them.
  • Leading the launches of new features and products, including building the go-to-market strategy and plan, and working across the Marketing team to bring it to life.
  • Providing input into the B2C product roadmap, using data and learnings from across the business.
  • Developing strong relationships across the organization that will enable you to be an insight flywheel, taking learnings from one project and applying it to others.
  • Contributing to patient social proof and advocacy efforts to drive customer engagement and identify opportunities for testimonials, case studies and speaking opportunities.
