Requirements
  • Four to seven years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, preferably in health information technology, digital health, or enterprise software as a service.
  • A proven track record of building partner programs from early stages and achieving partner-sourced revenue targets.
  • Experience structuring referral, reseller, or co-sell agreements.
  • Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving clinical, information technology, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience building a customer relationship management system, conducting cold outreach, and negotiating and managing contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential partners through cold outreach, news sources, and conference or networking events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within relevant organizations.
  • Present to C-level prospects in person and over video conferencing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and work with the Care Navigation team to address inquiries, concerns, and foster strong working relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with partners.
  • Provide prospect and customer feedback to product teams and advocate for implementation as needed.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor partnership performance.
  • Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives with internal and external teams, aligning project timelines and partnership goals and making adjustments as needed.
  • Work with new partners to develop key performance indicators to assess partnership impact.
  • Work with internal teams to analyze partnership metrics and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and drive continuous improvements.
  • Travel approximately 30% for conferences, onsite visits with partners, and all-hands retreats upon request.
Desired Qualifications
  • Existing relationships with electronic health record vendors, health IT consultancies, or group purchasing organizations.
  • Background in value-based care or population health.
  • Prior experience at a seed–Series B startup.
  • Familiarity with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and healthcare data regulations.
  • A Master of Business Administration or clinical degree such as a Master of Public Health or Master of Health Administration.
