Requirements
  • 2+ years of technical expertise in managing solutions architecture and automated systems
  • A demonstrated strategic mindset and effective operational transformation track record
  • A deep understanding of how CRM, project management, data management and BI tools are utilized across various teams
  • A proven track record of effectively setting and achieving team KPIs and goals
  • Previous experience working in fast growing tech companies (Series B and beyond stage) or technology consulting (in companies such as Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
  • Experience implementing an ERP and/or HR software
  • Revenue operations, technology consulting and/or process improvement experience
  • Track record of effective collaboration with Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence teams
  • Enterprise Architecture knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Lead Tech Stack architecture and optimization across both revenue (Marketing, Sales, Success) and operations teams (Product, Support, Finance, People & Culture)
  • Identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost effective and that help scale operations
  • Partner with department leaders to understand needs and provide thought leadership on technology solutions that drive efficiencies
  • Lead and build an internal Tool Procurement Committee by integrating existing team members from various departments and Project Manage tool implementations, adoption and consolidation efforts
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Revenue Operations peers to achieve Business Operations' department goals
