Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Product Management, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Product Design, Software Engineering, Management Consulting, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in a technical or technical-adjacent role
  • Experience analyzing complex, large-scale datasets (e.g. using SQL) and making decisions based on data
  • Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and developing them into product solutions
  • Familiarity with basic web-based software engineering, marketing and marketing analytics concepts
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational and execution skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the business and technology teams to bridge the gap between users and software
  • Help support the product as well as understand, translate, and develop requirements for product enhancements
  • Manage requests and requirements, develop delivery schedules, and communicate across broader teams
  • Be a subject matter expert – develop deep knowledge of our platform, dependencies on other systems and influence our roadmap
  • Act as a trusted adviser for our customers and turn business requirements into feature specifications
  • Support our customers in the understanding and usage of existing features
  • Conduct research and analysis to find the root causes of business challenges, identify business opportunities and make recommendations on how to achieve business goals and stay competitive
  • Write requirements, functional specifications, and other supporting documentation for new and/or enhanced systems
  • Produce documentation suitable for business clients, programmers, QA, and trainers
  • Collaborate with the Product Managers to analyze processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes
  • Work closely with the technology architects and leads to convert business requirements into technology solutions
  • Understand and analyze data to troubleshoot issues and gather/extract requirements
  • Work closely with QA testers to ensure successful planning of test strategy and test case execution
