Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in Planning/Buying/Sales with emphasis on retail/wholesale financial planning and analysis with advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to leverage large amounts of data, identify critical information, develop recommendations and influence through compelling communication.
  • Able to think critically and understand the potential of a product in the marketplace while identifying gaps to tops-down and bottoms-up financial plan.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Developing style-level plans that influence buy and supply decisions while partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor performance indicators keeping a pulse on the business: analyze sales results, managing product forecasts, in season recommendations and sharing actionable insights on risks and opportunities.
  • Create plans that optimize business health while achieving financial targets.
  • Use strong communication skills with internal/external partners to elicit information, cultivate productive dialogue, verbalize ideas, and align financial plans with an overarching strategy.
  • Enable success by collaborating with multiple cross functional internal teammates that are based in multiple locations, a remote leader and external planning counterparts.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results oriented, team mentality environment.
