Role and Responsibilities

Role within the Care Division, to oversees and manage 3rd party contractor and the day-to-day operations including KPI targets, performance and escalations. Also, lead the weekly warranty closings to ensure our Servicer Partners are paid accurately for the services performed.

• Assist managing 3rd party outsourced contractors

• Management of day-to-day warranty operation including KPI targets, performance, escalations

• Warranty AP Closing – responsible to run the warranty closing and make payments

• Labor rate management for all Service Partners

• Communication channel with different counterparts within HQ (Korea)

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 4 years of related experience required

• SAP experience preferred

• Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
