Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual KPIs
  • Define and implement operational metrics and measurements of success
  • Identify customer segments and approach new markets
  • Lead post-sale account management for expansion and renewal revenues
  • Analyze and report on business metrics
  • Establish onboarding and training program
  • Work closely with Marketing to establish pipeline and relevant leads
