  • Lead and support special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, coordinating cross-functional teams, establishing timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure successful and timely completion
  • Use analytic tools to collect and analyze data, contribute to development of KPIs and decision making frameworks, and provide data-driven insights to support decision making processes
  • Anticipate opportunities and challenges relevant to projects or initiatives and take appropriate mitigating steps
  • Ensure that the CEOs time, energy, and impact are optimized
  • Work with teams to execute follow up actions from key decisions and ensure execs and teams are prepared prior to progress updates
  • Support and facilitate the leadership team in communicating the decision-making, program management, and initiative implementations throughout doxo
  • Support the CEO in communicating overall business strategy and goals to each function, while helping set these goals at the beginning of every quarter
