- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or any related technical field is required.
- At least 8 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of specific related experience is required.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of developers is required.
- The candidate must be able to obtain Security+, CASP+, A+, or CISSP certification, or a comparable certification, within 90 days of starting on the project.
- Previous experience creating modern web-based applications that support data visualization is required.
- Experience with React and preferably TypeScript is required.

- Experience with AWS Infrastructure as a Service is required.
- Experience with information systems in a classified environment is required.

- Experience with an object-relational mapping framework such as Hibernate is required.
- The candidate must be able to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
- The candidate must be able to write effective application programming interfaces and AWS Lambda functions.
- The candidate must be able to create unit tests, mitigate code smells and security hotspots, and align with best coding practices.
- The candidate must be able to work within development teams to devise software solutions.
- A Top Secret clearance with the ability to attain a Sensitive Compartmented Information and polygraph requirement is required.
- Create and execute software development plans through the System Design Plan using the Software Engineering Lifecycle methodology.
- Update system design plans for all domains in the AWS cloud in formats accessible for consumption.
- Develop new system features to support end-user requirements.
- Modify the system based on new releases, emergent technology, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Build new data feeds or enhance existing data feeds to support data sharing across the Intelligence Community.
- Build and maintain development and test environments.
- Manage the installation and upgrade of cloud architectures and workstation-hosted Coast Guard capability software.
- Manage and control system configurations and changes.
- Maintain steady-state operations and provide maintenance when industry standards indicate that upgrades and updates are required, warranties specify maintenance, program requirements change, or security requirements indicate maintenance is needed.
- Experience leveraging continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and SonarQube.
- Experience with Agile practices.
- Experience with source control management, such as Git.
- Previous consulting experience and understanding of customer and business needs.
- Cross-domain experience.
