Job Description:

Responsible for software bring up on new systems, integration of Linux drivers and device trees for a variety of sensors, performing data analysis to evaluate system performance.

Working very cross functionally, closely with our autonomy team and AI foundations team to deliver functional robotic systems.

Projects that you might work on:

Bring up new robotic platforms and related systems
Create software for system diagnostics and testing
Work with and modify internal software build systems
Write and modify Linux kernel drivers
Creating custom Linux device trees for a robotic system
Create network software

Required qualifications:

Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Bachelors in CS, CE, or EE
Strong C++ background a must
You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
Linux Kernel Development

Preferred qualifications

Robotics experience is a plus
Experience with certified platforms is a plus

Location guidelines-

Onsite = 5 days/week

Hybrid = Several days in the office

Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
