  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
  • Must have 7 years of experience in all of the following: Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) root installation, version upgrades, real-time integration (BES/SIF Services), ActiveVOS BPM Workflow, IDQ (name match/merge, fuzzy & exact matching, and corresponding workflows), Solution Architect, including real time and batch integrations with Salesforce CRM; Informatica Reference Data Management (RDM) root installation, version upgrades, real-time (BES Services) and batch integrations; and Design techniques (Data Modeling, Object Oriented, Top-Down, Structured Analysis, and Component-Based Design).
  • Must have 5 years of experience in all of the following: Design tools (Erwin Data Modeling, Jira and Confluence); Testing tools (Expediter and File-Aid); Java; Database Technologies (MSSQL, DB2, Oracle); and Middleware technologies (MQSeries/Websphere, WXF, and XML).
  • Must have 1 year of experience in Informatica Intelligence Cloud Services (IICS), or Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) framework.
  • Must have Informatica MDM Developer Specialist Certification.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.
  • Domestic travel required up to 5%. No international travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting services on new and strategic initiatives.
  • Research emerging trends and best practices and determine implications of proposed solutions on meeting business unit strategy.
  • Design technical solution architecture and data models for Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in a heavily integrated environment involving multiple enterprise-level applications.
  • Manage detailed design phases for large projects and programs identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues and ensuring solution meets sponsor needs and project lifecycle deliverables.
  • Together with Project Manager, determine the best mix of development, interfacing applications, and third-party vendor solutions to meet business requirements and project objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of joint development and assist with vendor negotiations.
  • Develop measures and monitor ongoing effectiveness of IT services for assigned business line(s).
  • Provide input and coordinate with Database Administrator in creating new and modifying existing database structures using different types of databases and recommending appropriate database based on required functionality across multiple systems.
  • Contribute to successful project completion by identifying risks and developing & recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Develop feasibility studies and proposals for senior management and executive decisions on large complex projects.
  • Develop criteria for and participates in the evaluation of 3rd party vendors and software as well as due diligence exercises.
  • Manage all aspects of testing and verification ensuring all tasks are performed for all interfaces.
  • Ensure technical documentation is created and maintained.
  • Facilitate or participate in the delivery of training.
  • Manage all aspects of implementation planning & coordination.
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for the design, build, implement, and stabilize phases of the project.
  • Perform database/disaster recovery planning for multiple systems.
  • Perform performance tuning to improve performance across multiple systems.
  • Act as primary IT liaison with multiple interfacing applications, 3rd party vendors, IT Executive, Project Managers and/or Senior Business Representation.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on proposed target state solutions.

ARRAY Technologies expands revolving credit facility to $370M and extends maturity to 2031

ARRAY Technologies, a global provider of solar tracking technology, has increased its revolving credit facility from $166 million to $370 million and extended the maturity date from October 2028 to February 2031. The amended facility includes up to $250 million available for letters of credit. Goldman Sachs Bank USA served as lead arranger and administrative agent, with participation from JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, PNC Capital Markets and HSBC Bank USA. The company welcomed three new lenders to its syndicate. The enhanced facility will support operational execution, working capital needs and global growth initiatives. Chief financial officer Keith Jennings said the expansion demonstrates lender confidence in the company's strategy and position as a global leader in utility-scale solar.

Royal Bank of Canada completes $1B offering of limited recourse capital notes

Royal Bank of Canada has completed a US$1 billion registered offering of 6.500% Limited Recourse Capital Notes, Series 8. The notes were issued on 30 January 2026 and will mature on 24 May 2086. Concurrently, RBC issued 1 million Non Cumulative 5 year Fixed Rate Reset First Preferred Shares, Series CA, held by Computershare Trust Company of Canada. RBC Capital Markets, Citigroup Global Markets, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley and UBS Securities acted as lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering. Norton Rose Fulbright served as Canadian co-counsel to RBC on the transaction.

RBC partners with HTS to launch enhanced Avion Rewards Travel booking platform for Canadians

RBC has partnered with HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) to launch an enhanced Avion Rewards Travel platform later this year for all Avion Rewards members. The collaboration brings together Canada's largest proprietary loyalty programme with a leading travel technology platform. The new booking portal will enable members to use Avion points across flights, accommodations, car rentals, activities and packages. It will feature flexible booking options and price insights that recommend optimal flight booking times based on historical and predictive data. Avion credit cardholders will retain exclusive fixed-points pricing on any airline and flight without blackout dates or seating restrictions. The platform will be integrated seamlessly into the existing Avion Rewards ecosystem, with RBC emphasising a frictionless transition for members.
