As an experimentation planner on our team, you’ll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact. You’ll have the chance to work cross-functionally with wargame analysts, operations researchers, and senior leadership on projects that are making an impact on critical missions.

You Have:
8+ years of experience as an Information Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy or in other military services
Experience in multiple Navy and Joint warfare mission areas, including air, maritime, and undersea capabilities at the tactical or operational levels of war
Experience with conducting research of emerging technologies
Experience in military exercise or experimentation planning, including scenario development, scripting, adjudication, or analysis
Ability to produce senior executive level written products and technical analysis
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of the Operational Level of War and Distributed Maritime Operations
Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
