  • Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity.
  • Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades.
  • Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center.
  • Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning.
