Responsibilities
  • Collect and organize existing solutions collateral from various team members. Upload and structure this content within HPE Chat to build a user-friendly AI repository.
  • Leverage the AI repository to create new, impactful content that addresses field team needs and accelerates their ability to deliver solutions and provide guidance through videos and documents on how to use the tool.
  • Use the HPE Chat tool to enhance the accessibility and relevance of solutions content. Apply insights to improve existing materials and develop new ones.
  • Work closely with Solution Product Managers to ensure content alignment with strategic goals and identify opportunities to address information gaps.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the content managed and created, ensuring progress and outcomes can be effectively measured.
