  • Champion collaboration between marketing and sales to optimize alignment, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse, global team of directors and senior leaders.
  • Act as a 'player-coach,' mentoring the team to foster innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Drive cohesion and alignment within the team, ensuring the execution of global campaigns with regional relevance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to assess performance, optimize strategies, and forecast results.
  • Implement robust metrics and KPIs to measure success and ensure accountability.
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership on pipeline performance and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns that target specific customer segments, industries, and geographies.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage high-value accounts effectively.

  • Partner with the global marketing organization to align demand generation activities with brand, creative, and digital strategies.
  • Drive alignment with product marketing to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and reflects product value propositions.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine and evolve demand generation strategies.
