At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar energy and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate State Incentive Specialist to join our team!
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure all documents are accounted for and accurate for multiple state incentive programs across both internally generated sales and externally generated sales from our channel partners.
- Downloading documents from Salesforce (CRM Software) to be added to incentive packets
- Data entry into Salesforce
- Some communication with customers or channel partners to get additional documents signed as needed
- Communicate with state incentive administrators on issues
- Prepare electronic documents (packets) for state incentives when requested for audits

Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Proficiency in Adobe and Excel
