  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information for prospective candidates and new hires.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset toward candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the TA team to deliver an exceptional interview and onboarding experience for all candidates and new hires.
  • Schedule and facilitate on-site and virtual interviews across multiple locations, managing communications via phone and email as needed.
  • Input and maintain candidate information in the ATS and HRIS, keeping statuses up to date and sending timely communications as appropriate.
  • Post, manage, and close job requisitions in the ATS, ensuring accuracy of open, filled, and expired postings.
  • Support the creation and updating of job descriptions for new and existing roles.
  • Assist with resume review, phone screenings, and interview coordination for interns, rotation program participants, and entry-level candidates as assigned.
  • Generate and maintain TA reporting, providing insights to support team and leadership decisions.
  • Participate in team meetings and accurately capture meeting minutes and action items as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), LinkedIn, Greenhouse or other ATS (preferred but not required).
