Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in two or more administrative functions, including reporting or recordkeeping and leasing or property administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and competence in Microsoft software applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, web, and email applications.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational, work management, and group process skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and project tracking protocols to produce reports as necessary.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work within tight time constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess and maintain timely and reliable transportation.
  • Must be available to work on Saturday and weekends for prescheduled events.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to leasing operations, including tenant communication and application coordination.
  • Assist prospective tenants with inquiries, leasing documentation, and scheduling property tours.
  • Maintain leasing records, tenant files, and property documentation in accordance with organizational procedures.
  • Field inbound leasing calls and support lease processing and tenant onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate with property management staff to address tenant requests and service needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, occupancy data, and tenant communications.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts related to property availability.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating AI assistant tools used for leasing inquiries, scheduling, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor AI assistant interactions and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate staff when needed.
  • Help maintain and update knowledge bases, prompts, and automated responses for AI tools.
  • Support workflow automation initiatives designed to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Track AI assistant performance and generate reports to support business intelligence and operational improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to two years of relevant administrative, leasing, or office management experience.
  • Familiarity with property management software, customer relationship management systems, or AI-assisted workflow tools.
  • Interest in learning and supporting AI-enabled tools for customer service and administrative operations.

Taking On Bilt, Stake Aims To Expand Its Cash-Back Rewards Program For Renters

Aiming to compete with Bilt in the nascent property renter rewards market, Stake, a startup that provides cash back and banking services to renters, today announced that it raised $12 million in a Series A round led by RET Ventures’ new RET Ventures ESG Fund. Enterprise Community Partners, Hometeam Ventures, Operator Stack, Shadow Ventures, Olive Tree Ventures and Second Century Ventures, the investment arm of the National Association of Realtors, also participated, bringing Stake’s total raised to $17.9 million. Co-founder and CEO Rowland Hobbs says the new capital will be put toward expanding the platform and increasing Stake’s workforce from 17 employees to 23 by the end of the year
