Requirements
  • 5-7+ years experience in high growth, B2B technology company
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing or Business degree preferred
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation technology, such as Marketo and Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of demand generation marketing tech tools with focus on success of impact/revenue
  • Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
  • Proven experience planning and executing demand generation programs to drive pipeline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies for demand generation digital programs to drive new leads, engage prospects, customers, and accelerate pipeline and opportunities
  • Align with campaigns team to develop demand generation programs to support overall campaign goals
  • Partner with marketing operations to track and manage lead flow, review lead scoring and increase conversion rates at each stage of engagement
  • Build demand generation programs for key audiences and direct execution of the campaign including email marketing implementation, digital engagement and paid social
  • Lead with data, developing consistent, standardized, and reliable reports and dashboards representing pipeline and revenue performance
  • Understand ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and optimize to improve performance
  • Provide strategic oversight, development and execution of digital and paid social media programs, team and budget
  • Maintain demand generation digital budget and report on performance of demand generation programs including digital advertising, paid digital media and social programs
  • Build demand generation lead and nurturing programs including tactical setup up of landing pages, form strategy, testing, etc
  • Analyze programs for performance insights to drive continuous optimization of demand generation efforts
