Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent reporting, organisational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Collaborative and professional, with a positive team-oriented mindset
  • Data Centre experience highly regarded
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems
  • Manage vendor coordination including quotes, PPM scheduling, and compliance follow-through
  • Coordinate work orders, change requests, and contractor access
  • Prepare documentation for audits and reporting purposes
  • Support OH&S compliance including permits, risk assessments, and site safety practices
  • Assist in the improvement and streamlining of operational processes
  • Coordinate general office activities including supplies and logistics
  • Manage vendor onboarding and insurance records
  • Assist in generating and tracking purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Support budget planning, reconciliations, and expenditure control
  • Assist with monthly site inspections and customer portal ticket management
  • Provide administrative support across day-to-day property management functions
