  • 10+ years in IT management, relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the department’s strategic roadmap to drive IT infrastructure and security posture.
  • Perform as site leadership representing information technology.
  • Ensure resolution and act as the escalation point for all IT activities including help desk support issues following established ITIL processes.
  • Actively participate in the identification and assessment of new software solutions, including ERP, MES, and analytics platforms, in close collaboration with the other IT and business leaders.
  • Serve as the site's technical representative during solution evaluations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Proactively monitor network performance (WAN / LAN / WLAN) and escalate issues.
  • Lead and manage project teams to resolve systemic recurring issues or enhancement needs.
  • Initiate and coordinate outsourced supplier efforts.
  • Collaborate with Security, GRC and DevOps teams to ensure compliance with cyber policies, data security, physical infrastructure protection, and respond to cybersecurity threats.
  • Be responsible for managing and maintaining all Digital Workspace technology.
  • Be responsible for all printers, MFPs, on-site A/V and telecommunications equipment.
  • Manage and coordinate the deployment and support of PCs and peripherals.
  • Be responsible for asset and inventory management.
  • Identify and execute technology obsolescence projects.
  • Solution IT issues that are affecting site production & provide on call support as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships across the business to enable success through collaboration.

Nine months after its first flight test, the company's Jackal AOV was successfully deployed into orbit as part of SpaceX's Bandwagon-2 rideshare mission from Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA.
