Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a logistics industry
- Experience in warehouse operation with a PMP certification is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of IT
- Bachelor degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and create original analysis
- Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills
Responsibilities
- Focus on implementing a successful project and monitoring the customer experience to ensure we exceed expectations as a premier transportation partner
- Define and maintain the onboarding project for clients based on our product initiatives
- Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the onboarding project
- Owning the implementation process and project planning for assigned accounts which include: successful onboarding and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients
- Operate as the primary point of contact during the assigned clients onboarding phase for all hardware and software implementations
- Partner with Sales, Technology and Operations to meet customer requirements for all large customers; present recommendations to senior leadership for workaround alternatives when necessary
- Monitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption of all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule
