  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience in administering MDM solutions
  • Experience in troubleshooting AD permissions
  • Experience troubleshooting VDI
  • Experience with power shell automation scripting
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Some knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
