Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product design
  • a portfolio of projects that you’ve meaningfully contributed to
  • some technical experience, allowing you to work effectively with engineers and possibly even test ideas in code or contribute to our codebase
Responsibilities
  • You’ll own our design system.
  • You’ll create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for new features.
  • You’ll work with product on user research and prioritization and partner closely with engineers on implementation.
  • You’ll be active in our Slack community, talk to our customers, conduct user research, and listen in on sales calls.
  • You’ll spend time working on exploratory & fun ideas, not because users asked for them, but because great products find ways to surprise users.
  • You’ll help establish a design culture within Copilot, help build our public design presence, and recruit other talented designers.
  • You'll have the opportunity to get involved in other areas - marketing, growth, ops, etc.
