Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, data analytics, computer science, information technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in web content management, analytics, and/or digital strategy.
  • Experience managing and updating web content within a Content Management System (Cascade CMS preferred). HTML, CSS and web accessibility experience are a plus.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio; demonstrated experience creating dashboards and reports with these tools.
  • Expertise in analyzing user behavior data and translating insights into website improvements.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines, SEO principles, keyword research, and metadata optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in higher education or a similar institutional environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, photo editing software and web accessibility testing tools a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage GA4 properties, set up custom dimensions, and track key user interactions and conversion events.
  • Partner with key areas across campus to analyze GA4 data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve user engagement and content strategy.
  • Develop reports in tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio to communicate key website performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Use Cascade CMS to maintain and update web pages, ensuring consistency in branding, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Structure and categorize web content for improved usability and searchability while maintaining compliance with WCAG guidelines.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure web pages remain relevant, accessible, and engaging for users.
