Gen AI Developer Specialist

• Years of experience: 8+ years total; 3–5+ leading AI teams. • Summary: Technical and delivery leader for agentic AI features and the testing platform; balances product value, research, and engineering execution. • Responsibilities: a. Translate product goals into AI workstreams; backlog and milestone ownership. b. Decide on models, prompting/finetuning, and agent topologies; ensure agents autonomously complete multi-step tasks and coordinate with others when appropriate c. Oversee evaluation strategy, success metrics, and human-in-the-loop QA . d. Mentor AI Devs; code reviews; uphold standards for safety, latency, and cost. e. Partner with Architect on platform evolution; with PO on value delivery; with DevOps on deployability • Technical skills: a. Strong Python; LLM APIs; vector DBs; RAG; prompt engineering; finetuning. b. Experimentation/metrics; offline/online evals; A/B; telemetry. • Domain skills: a. Testing/QA domain, test coverage strategy under non-determinism. b. Tool-augmented agents (APIs/search/IDE).
