Requirements
  • 6+ years working in Clinical Trial Software Solutions or equivalent experience or
  • 6+ years working in Clinical Trials
  • Strategic thinker with sophisticated communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing parallel complex projects and competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work cross departmentally
  • Build and maintain incredible relationships with customers, where customer is happy and pleased
  • Deep understanding of industry and competitive landscape
  • Experience in agile projects and GxP compliance and processes
  • Proven leader in strategic oversight and process improvement
  • Experience leading large cross-functional delivery teams

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, or related field

Responsibilities
  • Successfully manages multiple complex clinical trial study projects and high visibility clients, consistently delivering the highest quality software & services with on-time delivery
  • Drives continuous improvement efforts associated to process, documentation, systems & more
  • Adept at advising others on handling, managing, and mitigating the most complex issues and concerns that might arise from a customer
  • Track record of growing other Project Coordinators and Project Managers into higher levels of performance and demonstrated success
  • Provides leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Serves as a trusted and effective partner for client, building and maintaining strong partnerships at the company level between Medable and its partners
  • Effectively manages all aspects of client digital clinical trial projects inclusive of scope, timelines & budget
  • Leads regular client project meetings and effectively communicate & manage project plans, scope, project risks, mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure transparency throughout the delivery process
  • In collaboration with internal and client teams, effectively leads the design, configuration, implementation, execution and close out of client projects
  • Leads the gathering and definition of project requirements and ensure associated documentation is complete and accurate and effectively managed through the project life cycle
  • Works closely with digital programming team to ensure project scope & requirements are clear & complete while supporting the configuration & development of digital systems for client projects
  • Effectively delivers digital system demonstrations to client teams in support of design, system testing & system training
  • Leads team in the presentation of study services & training on study specific systems at investigator meetings
  • Supports the mentorship & training of new team members
  • Contributes to applicable continuous improvement efforts associated to process, documentation, systems & more
  • Lead project implementations and product configurations for client accounts
  • Develops and maintains strong customer relationships
  • Works closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
  • Creates and manages detailed project plans to ensure deliverables are complete on time
  • Effectively prioritizes own and workload of self and other team members
  • Has in-depth understanding and knowledge of Medable's software and the use cases of Medable's solution in the market
  • Helps customers plan and identify the best ways to utilize the software
  • Shares knowledge, experience, and information about the industry to other team members
  • Educates customers on the capabilities of the software
  • Proactively identifies and addresses issues or risks
  • Unlocks the full potential of other team members that they work with, and helps them improve all team members performance
  • Highly organized and effective in time management, and helps other team members and project coordinators be organized and effective
  • Visible and vocal leader for Medable, in Customer Success, across the entire company, and in front of all customers
  • A master of demoing and highlighting all of Medable's product features
  • Works closely with cross functional teams to create programs and improve existing programs
  • Holds strong relationships with sales, services, and product, among all other teams
  • Expert understanding of Medable's processes and procedures
  • Responds without loss of productivity, makes recommendations on how to continue programs to avoid any negative business consequences (missed deadlines etc)
  • Proactively educates team on customer success programs, and improves skills to better serve customer needs
