Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in implementing technical products and leading a team
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions such as APIs and SDKs and using them
  • Excellent communication skills, able to distill technical details to layperson terms
  • Ability to lead multiple external engagements and drive them towards successful completion
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and creating structure with how we work
Responsibilities
  • Act as the internal and external product expert in the integration and usage of the CLEAR Verified platform
  • Develop code samples, prototypes, and reference applications to demonstrate best practices and minimize customer development time, across a variety of languages and frameworks
  • Support customers throughout the pre and post-sales and integration process, assisting with common coding issues and patterns or troubleshooting, while creating reusable documentation and collateral to help scale the team
  • Regularly collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to incorporate customer feedback and suggestions

The service allows members to use dedicated lanes at airports, stadiums, and other venues, significantly reducing wait times. CLEAR utilizes biometric technology, such as fingerprints and iris scans, to provide touchless ID verification, replacing traditional identification methods. Unlike its competitors, CLEAR operates on a subscription-based model, where customers pay a membership fee for quicker access, and it partners with major airlines to enhance the user experience.
