  • 1 year experience as Manager - Technical Operations, IT Project Manager, IT Program Manager or related
Responsibilities
  • Review customer requirements and plan and coordinate delivery activities
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth
  • Manage Global IT Operations deliverables and projects in an enterprise 24x7 application and infrastructure support
  • Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
  • Manage resource requirement and estimation for the Global Operations team
  • Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
  • Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time savings
  • Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
  • Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentation
  • Responsible for designing architecture and providing solutions as per client needs, and for sharing the insights for new engagements or innovations from technological perspective
  • Identify the process gaps and provide insights to leadership teams to redefine them
  • Propose and adapt new cutting-edge technological solutions to clients
  • Work with cross functional teams to execute service requests, implement change and resolve incidents
  • Perform hands on to apply resolutions, best practices and recommended settings for the application infrastructure, which includes network, monitoring, server administration, Azure Cloud resource administration, CDN (Akamai), and Power BI
  • Deploy and support virtualized data center, IaaC, PowerShell scripting, DSC, automation
  • Handle disaster recovery of mission critical applications
