The Role:
The Unified Knowledge Graphics Assistant role is to support the Graphics Manager in the creation of visual content for the wider University sales, development and delivery management teams.
You will be expected to work on a variety of projects in close coordination with all ForgeRock University teams.
What you will be doing:
- Support the creation of technical diagrams, graphics and digital badges in alignment with company Brand Guidelines and University Style Guides, in coordination with the Graphics Manager and the course development subject matter experts.
- Keep existing visual content up to date as new courses are being released.
- Support ForgeRock University marketing efforts with the creation of visual content, presentations, images for social postings, etc.
- Support the larger ForgeRock University team and key stakeholders in the creation of visually pleasing slide decks for internal and external use as well as any “special design projects” as and when they come up.
- Help maintain and create the “Creative Content Hub” which contains editable graphics files, past projects, presentations.
- Assist the Graphics Manager with course recording projects and visual components for OnDemand course releases.

- Experience with creating visual content and working with video content.
- Capable of explaining complicated processes in clear diagrams and visuals.
- Good listener, able to identify key requirements for graphic projects by talking to the relevant project leads/subject matter experts.
- Confidence to present and explain ideas to colleagues.
- Knowledge of typical graphic design software such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Technical background is a plus.
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written - and able to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and great proofing skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently with your own initiative and within a team environment with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work within a distributed team across multiple time zones.
