Responsibilities
  • collaborate closely with our Sales Team and Customer Experience team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how vivenu’s solutions can meet their needs
  • act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their challenges and requirements to offer tailored solutions
  • leverage your deep technical knowledge to adapt our platform
  • provide training and continuous support to clients
  • work alongside our product, sales, and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to the platform's continuous evolution based on client feedback
