Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing successful affiliate programs

Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs
  • Identifying new affiliate partners and other strategic partners with potential to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
  • Determining and executing testing methodologies and reporting requirements to support campaigns.
  • Providing affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and support to maximize their performance
  • Negotiating and managing affiliate contracts
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., content, design, sales operations) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
  • Communicating project updates, status, timelines, and results.
  • Remaining current with industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
