  • 8+ years in marketing and operations, with proven expertise in Marketo, customer data platforms, workflow automation, journey orchestration and CRM tools
  • 6+ years of leading a Campaign Operations function ideally in an Enterprise/B2B setting, with a consistent track record of cultivating new and expert talent
  • Domain expertise in B2B marketing strategy and marketing automation standard processes
  • Ability to translate asks from marketing partners into technical requirements to drive cross-functional projects with engineering and technology partners
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, with demonstrated success in partnering on execution plans in the context of campaign strategy development
  • Experience in campaign coordination to ensure seamless execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end

Responsibilities
  • Act as a key partner to the Head of the Global Campaign Operations team, serving as the leader of Campaign Operations in the Americas.
  • Drive the development, execution, and continuous optimization of Marketo and other marketing automation platform programs, workflows, and assets to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead a global event demand generation operational strategy, ensuring the integration of data and technology into user experience flows to drive registration, virtual session engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Provide campaign governance and strategic guidance, focusing on process growth, efficiency, and scalability as well as audience management and email prioritization to limit audience saturation and messaging overlap.
  • Build strong partnerships with digital/demand, field, campaign and inside sales functions by offering deep partnership, strategic consultation, and actionable insights.
  • Lead and mentor a team of campaign operations specialists, delivering hands-on coaching and fostering career growth.
  • Establish and ensure adherence to campaign operations processes in the region, including SLAs, quality assurance, and governance standards.
  • Maintain the relationship with external agencies/vendors for campaign execution, ensuring flawless collaboration with the Campaign Operations team and Marketers to drive efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure the successful deployment of campaigns.
  • Champion innovative automation practices to enhance operational processes, elevate capabilities, and improve campaign efficiencies.
  • Define and drive business requirements for technical projects aimed at redefining Adobe’s ability to deliver impactful campaigns.
