Exams Assessment Analyst @ ACCA

We’re currently looking for an Exams Assessment Analyst on a full-time permanent basis. This position sits within the Qualifications Production team. The role is home-based with monthly office days.

The job

Reporting to the Exams Assessment Manager, on a day-to-day basis you will be involved in the following:

Performing detailed analysis on exam question banks.
Contributing to the selection of questions for exams.
Creating and validating exam specifications to support the construction and quality assurance of exams.
Validating exam builds by undertaking exam simulations and analysing the outcomes.
Analysing question performance data.
Leading the preparation of new question commissions.
Providing training and guidance to stakeholders in the use of systems and question writing.

The person

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
Remains calm and focused when working to strict deadlines and dealing with changing priorities
Can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Possesses excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
Is highly computer literate and understands how to create formulae in Excel to support analysis of data
