  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have TS/SCI Clearance
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical, preferably with exposure to the aerospace industry and with experience in software deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and work independently and make good decisions with minimal direction.
  • Highly organized planner with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, honed through client-facing roles and engagements.
  • Experience in the space industry.
  • Basic experience with C/C++ and/or Python.
Responsibilities
  • Embed with customers to deeply understand their needs, requirements, and pain points to identify new business opportunities.
  • Help customers deploy and operate Apex’s bus emulators and flat-sats, being able to independently troubleshoot software malfunctions and roadblocks.
  • Return feedback on Apex’s emulator products to consistently improve not only the emulator software product but also feed data back to spacecraft engineers.
  • Aid in designing Apex’s emulator delivery and integration strategy for new business.
  • Be a direct technical point of contact between the customer at their locations and Apex headquarters.
  • Frequent travel expected (50%+).
