What you’ll do:

• Create innovative, user-centered product designs that meet business objectives and user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and on-time
• Creative thinking toward establishing and executing on the vision for the spend team initiatives. Challenge the status quo, push innovation and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices
• Push forward and maintain a high design bar and level of execution
• Lead design projects, including setting project goals, managing timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• For Senior applicants, 5+ years of experience in product design
• For Intermediate applicants, 3+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design process and outcomes
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects at once
• Experience in healthtech is a plus
