Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture (or equivalent degree or years of experience) is required with at least 5 years of relevant experience (9 years without a degree)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph preferred. If not held, willingness to process for this level of clearance is required.
  • Must be US Citizen
  • Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts.
  • Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the client's Master Drawings files (including, but not limited to architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines) using CAD.
  • Conduct Site Surveys to verify as-built conditions and incorporate them into the Master Drawings CAD files.
  • Track and organize facility changes to the CAD data holdings.
  • Coordinate work with engineering and construction teams to ensure project data is of the quality required to support the Master Drawings files.
  • Perform CAD projects and other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
