Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Global Benefits Manager and Center of Excellence Leader to join our HR team in the Los Angeles office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our global benefits strategy and leading our Global Benefits Center of Excellence. You will collaborate closely with regional benefits analysts (with whom you have a dotted-line relationship) to ensure our benefits programs meet the diverse needs of our global workforce while aligning with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Global Benefits Center of Excellence: Serve as the subject matter expert and leader for all global benefits initiatives.
• Develop and Implement Global Benefits Strategy: Shape our benefits strategy to support business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction across all regions.
• Collaborate with Regional Benefits Analysts: Work closely with benefits analysts worldwide (dotted-line reporting) to ensure consistent implementation of benefits programs.
• Manage Global Benefits Programs: Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs—including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks—globally.
• Conduct Global Market Research and Benchmarking: Perform regular market analysis to ensure our benefits remain competitive and compliant with regional regulations.
• Communicate Benefits Programs: Partner with the HR team to effectively communicate benefits offerings to employees worldwide.
• Provide Expert Support: Assist with complex benefits inquiries and resolve escalated issues related to enrollment, claims, and eligibility across all locations.
• Ensure Global Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on federal, state, and international laws to ensure all benefits programs are compliant.
• Analyze Benefits Utilization Globally: Monitor and report on benefits usage and costs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits management or HR.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software
